I carefully create a fitness plan based on an initial consultation which allows me to assess and determine your individual nutritional and exercise requirements.  I work with people of all fitness levels.  From those that have never stepped into a gym to those looking for the next challenge, I offer a wide range of services crafted to fit your health and fitness needs.  My fitness and weight loss programs set you achievable targets over realistic periods of time.  Maintaining weight loss is a process of re-educating yourself and forming a new relationship with diet, lifestyle and exercise.  I am here to guide you in that process.
